WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
PuppyToon unfortunately does not accept refunds for change of mind or any other reason, and the contract is non-cancelable nor refundable once processing of the design has begun. This is why we offer product revisions if the customer is not satisfied with their illustration.
According to art. 59 of the Legislative Decree 206/2005 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal for products sold on PuppyToon is not allowed as it is a supply of goods and services made to measure and clearly personalized.

If merchandise is received damaged or broken, I will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you under an expedited shipping arrangement. All I ask is that you send me a picture of the damaged product so I can share it with our service provider.
How can I arrange for a revision or new product to be sent to me?
Just email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will assign a Return Authorization (RA) number for you, and provide you with all the details you need!
What happens if my printed product arrives damaged?
While we hope this never happens, if you receive damaged merchandise or have a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can personally assist you and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
